Ralph Bernardo is the President and owner of Cosmopolitan. Ralph has been a real estate attorney for more than 15 years. Ralph has a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. and M.B.A. from Boston University. He was a general practice attorney in Maryland and DC for ten years before he founded Cosmopolitan in 1999. Ralph’s hands-on leadership style has been the secret of Cosmopolitan’s success.
